AI Bulin47 runs the website aibulin47.art. "We" and "us" mean the operator of the site: [Operator legal name and country — to be added]. This policy explains what we do with personal information when you browse the site, sign in, upload photos, buy credits or contact us. AI Bulin47 is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or Bulin 47 Music LLC.

Privacy at a glance

• Photos are uploaded only when you submit a generation. They are then stored privately and sent to our AI video provider.
• We do not train or fine-tune AI models on your photos or videos. External AI providers process media under their own terms (see section 2).
• We never put your photos or videos in our gallery or marketing without a separate, optional permission.
• You can ask us to delete your videos, photos or account at any time (see section 6).

1. Information we collect

• Account and sign-in data: email address, name, account ID, email-verification status and, with Google sign-in, your profile picture. Google sign-in does not give us access to Google Photos, Gmail or Drive.
• Photos and generated media: your lead photo, up to four extra photos in Custom crowd mode, and the videos we generate for you.
• Generation and credit records: quality, crowd settings, task IDs, file locations, timestamps, status, errors, credits reserved, used or returned.
• Payment records: order and transaction IDs, pack, amount, currency and status returned by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe; we never store full card numbers or security codes.
• Technical data: session records, IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and diagnostic logs.
• Support messages: your email address and anything you choose to send us.

2. Photo and AI processing

When you press generate, your photos are uploaded to our private storage and linked to your account. We then send the photos, the built-in Bulin 47 performance reference and our instructions to our AI video provider, which returns the finished clip. The soundtrack comes from the reference performance; we do not record or clone your voice.

Photos are used only to recreate the person's look and outfit in the freestyle video. We do not use them to identify people or build any face-recognition database, and we do not include your email or name in generation requests.

We do not train models on your uploads or results. The third-party model services that render the video process media under their own terms and privacy policies, so avoid uploading photos you consider sensitive.

3. How we use information

• Sign you in, keep your account and deliver your videos and downloads.
• Handle purchases, credits, payment reconciliation and automatic credit returns for failed renders.
• Send necessary service, billing and security messages.
• Investigate failures, abuse, fraud, unauthorized photo use and security incidents, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where EEA or UK law applies, we rely on contract (account, generation, billing), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, diagnostics), legal obligation (required records) and consent (optional analytics cookies and public display).

4. Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting, database and private file storage.
• AI video provider (via APIMart): receives your photos, the performance reference and settings to render the video.
• Stripe: card payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google: authentication when you choose Google sign-in.
• Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies): page views and product events such as checkout or completed videos. We do not intentionally send photos, file names, email addresses or payment data in these events.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to deal with fraud or safety issues, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections.

5. Privacy and optional public display

We do not publish your uploads or videos in any public gallery. Generating a video or accepting this policy does not let us use it in examples, social posts or ads; that would need a separate, optional opt-in naming the video and the use. We never publicly show original photos, and we do not feature content showing minors. Videos are visible and downloadable only from the account that created them.

6. Retention and deletion

• Photos: kept privately with the task they belong to, so the result can be checked and re-downloaded.
• Final videos: kept while your account and the service are active. This is not a permanent archive; download anything you want to keep.
• Account, payment and credit records: kept while your account is active and afterwards as required for accounting, tax, disputes and fraud prevention.
• Logs and backups: kept only as long as needed for operation, recovery or legal requirements.

To delete videos, photos or your account, email support@aibulin47.art from your account address and include the task ID if you have it. We act within 30 days. Copies held by third-party providers follow their own retention rules.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies for sign-in, checkout, security and your language choice; the site cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are optional and stay off until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer or by clearing this site's cookies.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Email us, preferably from your account address. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity. Never send passwords or full card details. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

9. Age and photo permissions

AI Bulin47 is for adults aged 18 or older. Everyone in every uploaded photo, including Custom crowd photos, must also be 18 or older and must have agreed to this AI processing. Do not upload minors, celebrities or public figures. If you or your child appear in an upload without permission, contact us and we will investigate and remove it.

10. Security and international processing

We use authenticated access, encrypted connections and private storage. No system is completely secure; tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries with different privacy laws; where transfers need safeguards, they are used.

11. Changes to this policy

We update the date at the top when this policy changes and will give notice on the site or by email for material changes. An update never by itself allows public display or model training.
